Terms of Service

AISKOOL is operated by 711web services LLC, New Mexico, USA. These terms form an agreement between you and 711web services LLC for use of the AISKOOL website, apps and services.

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account and for any community you run or join.

AISKOOL lets you create or join communities with courses, live chat, events, gamification, AI-authored content and an AI teacher. Features may change as we improve the product. AI output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice — use your judgment.

Don’t use AISKOOL to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, spam, scrape, or harass people, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse- engineer the service. We may suspend or remove communities or accounts that do.

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited, worldwide licence needed to host, process and display it to your members and to operate and improve the service. You’re responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

AISKOOL is offered on a single $9/month per community plan (annual billing available), which may include a 7-day free trial; you can cancel anytime before renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Creators can charge their members through Stripe Connect. On each member payment, Stripe’s card processing fees are deducted first; AISKOOL then applies a 4% platform fee on the remainder, so creators receive 96% of the net amount. You are responsible for any taxes on your sales.

The service relies on third parties such as Stripe, AWS, AI model providers, Telegram and WhatsApp. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for their acts or outages.

The AISKOOL platform, brand and software are owned by 711web services LLC. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or code beyond using the service as intended.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms or to protect the service or other users. Outstanding member payouts are settled per Stripe’s terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 711web services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify 711web services LLC against claims arising from your content, your community, or your misuse of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
