Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain.

Who we are

AISKOOL is a product of 711web services LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA (“AISKOOL”, “we”, “us”). We provide a platform for creating, joining and learning inside online AI communities. This policy covers the AISKOOL website, mobile apps and related services at aiskool.co.

What we collect

Account data you give us — your name, email and password (stored only as a salted hash). Content you create — posts, comments, courses, lessons, messages and community settings. Usage & device data — logs, IP address, browser/device type and basic analytics needed to run, secure and improve the service. Payment metadata — subscription status and transaction records (card details are handled by Stripe, never stored by us).

How we use it

To operate your account and communities, deliver courses and AI features, process payments, send service and opt-in broadcast messages, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

AI features

To power AI authoring, the AI host and the AI teacher, relevant content (such as a prompt, lesson text or a learner’s messages) is processed by our AI infrastructure, including AWS Bedrock and, where a community enables it, third-party model providers via their own API keys. We use this only to generate the requested output and to maintain learning memory for that community. We do not use your private content to train foundation models.

Payments

Subscriptions and member payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and PCI-DSS compliance.

Sharing & processors

We share data only with the processors that help us run the service — hosting and database (AWS), payments (Stripe), email delivery, AI providers, and messaging providers where you enable Telegram or WhatsApp — and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. Each community’s data is logically isolated at the database level.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level community isolation and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and will notify you of incidents where required.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process data there and in other countries where our processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Your rights & choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your account data. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR or CCPA, including access, deletion and the right to object. To exercise any right, email hi@aiskool.coand we’ll respond within the time the law requires.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, plus limited analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Children

AISKOOL is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children; contact us if you believe a child has provided us information.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy; we’ll post the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Questions or requests? Email hi@aiskool.co.
