Refund & Cancellation Policy

Where offered, the AISKOOL plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

The AISKOOL plan is $9/month per community (or annual, billed upfront). Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Renewal charges are not pro-rated.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

If you were charged in error or are unhappy with a recent charge, contact us within 14 days at hi@aiskool.coand we’ll review it in good faith. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion. We may decline refunds for clear misuse or where prohibited by law.

Payments made by members to a community creator are set and fulfilled by that creator and processed via Stripe. Refunds for those payments are handled by the creator under their own policy; AISKOOL only facilitates the transaction and its 4% platform fee.
