Digital Products
Our courses and digital materials are delivered online. Once accessed, they are considered used and cannot be refunded, except where required by law or due to a verified technical issue.

When Refunds Apply
Refunds may be approved only if:

You paid but didn’t get access within 72 hours due to our system issue.

You were charged multiple times for the same order.

A billing or pricing error occurred.

The service was cancelled by us before delivery.

How to Request a Refund
Email [your email address] with your name, order ID, and reason. We review within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges but doesn’t refund the current billing cycle.

Third-Party Payments
If you purchased via a third-party (e.g., app store, payment gateway), their refund policy applies.
